Our mission

HR teams at small and mid-sized businesses are stretched thin. They juggle recruiting, employee questions, performance reviews, policy updates, and compliance — often with two or three people doing the work of ten. Off-the-shelf HR software is either bloated enterprise suites or single-feature point tools that don’t talk to each other.

We built EazyAI to change that. One platform that automates the tedious parts of HR with AI — resume screening, document drafting, employee Q&A — so HR teams can focus on what actually matters: people.

What we believe

• HR is high-leverage. Better hiring, clearer policies, and faster answers compound across an entire company. The right HR tool is a force multiplier.
• AI should be a tool, not a replacement. Our AI drafts, ranks, and summarizes — humans review, edit, and decide. Every important action passes through a person.
• Small teams deserve great software. You shouldn’t need a $50k Workday contract or a 12-week implementation to run modern HR. We optimize for ease of setup and clarity over feature checklists.
• Your data is yours. We don’t train models on customer data, sell it, or share it. Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, full audit logs.

Where we’re based

EazyAI is operated by an independent team based in Hong Kong, serving customers globally. Our platform runs on AWS infrastructure with primary hosting in Tokyo for low-latency access across Asia-Pacific.
