Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EazyAI (“the Service”), operated by an independent business based in Hong Kong (“EazyAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EazyAI provides cloud-based human resources automation software, including AI-assisted recruiting, employee question-answering, document generation, performance reviews, and workflow automation. The Service is provided as a subscription accessed via the EazyAI website and applications.
2. Account registration
To use the Service, you must create an account on behalf of a registered business or organization. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. We use Stripe as our payment processor and accept major credit and debit cards.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pricing changes take effect at your next renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Free trials
Free trials are offered at our discretion and last 14 days from signup. We do not require a credit card to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe; otherwise your account becomes inactive and your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or violates the privacy of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access the Service except via our official API.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Customer data and AI
You retain all rights to the data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not:
- Use Customer Data to train or improve general-purpose AI models.
- Sell or share Customer Data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Access individual records except as needed to provide support, troubleshoot issues, or comply with law.
AI features generate suggestions and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it for any consequential decision (hiring, performance, termination, etc.). We make no warranty that AI output is accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Intellectual property
EazyAI, the EazyAI logo, and the Service software are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription, and nothing more. We retain all other rights.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the same degree of care used for their own confidential information, and never less than reasonable care. Confidential information may only be used to perform under these Terms.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. We retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party outages may cause downtime. Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA documented separately.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyAI’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
