We want EazyAI to be the right fit for your team. This policy describes when and how we issue refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

For new customers on annual plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial paid annual subscription, we will refund the full amount paid. To request, email [email protected] with your account email and we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.

For first-time monthly subscribers, we offer pro-rated refunds within the first 7 days of the initial subscription period upon written request, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Annual subscriptions (after 14-day window)

After the 14-day money-back window, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Your account remains active through the end of the prepaid term.

Usage-based add-ons

Optional add-ons billed on a usage basis (e.g., extra AI processing credits beyond your plan’s allowance) are non-refundable once consumed.

Service issues

If you experience a service issue that we cannot resolve in a reasonable time, we may issue partial refunds or service credits at our discretion. Enterprise customers with an SLA receive credits per their contract.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the affected account.
